We are a company borne during the Covid epidemic by founder and operator, Sandra Wells, a pharmacist and functional medicine specialist passionate about gut health.  Four years ago Sandra was well aware of the multiple benefits of kombucha, but unable to embrace the vinegary taste of most store bought brands. So, she took an online course and started making her own brew at home with her german wirehaired pointer, Sadie, at her heels.  Her passion to perfect the process, produce great tasting booch, and maximize the health benefits by using high quality and beneficial ingredients soon became a small and growing business.
